Freelance Flash Development for DIY Tour 2007

As part of the DIY Tour 2007 project I was commissioned to produce a Flash based contact/interest form which used PHP to email the details to the event organiser.

The form included name, email, date of birth and allowed selection of event and area of interest from DJ´ing, VJ´ing Photography, Live sound or Performance Skills.
